2001 Pathfinder Code Reader says Banks 1 & 2

Hello, is there room for a lady to inquire ? - Guys, I'm hoping to borrower your expertise to troubleshoot my Pathfinder. My "service engine soon" light has come on, the engine is knocking terribly upon even the slightest acceleration, it idles rough at start up. The handy dandy code reader at Autozone says it's Banks 1 & 2. Does this mean anything to you?Thank you for your time

banks 1 &2? better go back and have them rescan it, and see exactly which code it popped up. it will start with a "p" and be followed by 4 numbers. that particular code will help narrow it down.
