2001 Path

I have 4 codes in my scan tool that seem to relate in some way. p0430, p1140, p0172, p1131 the strange thing is the car runs pretty good until you do a hard acceleration and the RPM's reach 3800-4000. Then it stumbles and cuts out and starts backing itself down. In the driveway it will rev up past that most of the time. I have cleaned the Cam postion sensors and the oil is fresh. The oil was low before and probably hadn't been changed regularly. Any help or suggestion??? Oh and i did check the vacuum lines from the swirl solenoid, all clear.

What the mileage? Has the fuel filter been changed?
