Good moring,

Btw thanks to all on my previous post... changed my coil 1 and truck is running like a charm.

Here's my new prob... I have to change my rotors but the bolts holding the caliper mounting bracket to the truck are seized solid. Here's what I've tried so far.

1. soaked with penetrating fluid and tried2. tried using an impact gun3. heated the bolt with a torch

I was wondering if there's anything else I can do before cutting the bolt off and getting new brackets

thanks again

Hey, I had the same problem last time i did my brakes. It is actually a simple fix rather then cutting it. Take the caliper slide off. Throw it in a wise. Put a wrench under neither the pin and pry up to use for leverage. Take some pliers and twist back and forth with the pliers while applying constant pressure up on the pin. If needed use some WD-40 and put it in the boot of the pin. Once you remove it, clean the pin and the grease and dip the pin in grease such as wheel bearing grease. I use the green grease since its waterproof. Then pack the boot with as much grease as you can. Keep putting the pin in and pushing on it to get the air out of the hole the refilling. It seems harder then it is. It just needs some good old fashion leverage.

Thanks HP... it was actually the bolts holding the calliper's mounting bracket that were seized. I ended up cutting them off.

I was wondering if anyone would have the specs on these bolts? The head is 22mm... I was just wonderin about diam, length and thread.

Thanks again
