So, I've been needing to replace the lower ball joints and got the driver's side done. Went to drop the CV axle out on the passenger side and it won't come loose from the drive flange. I've soaked it with PB blaster, hit it was a mallet and it will not come loose. Any thoughts here?

How long did you let the PB sit for? Last resort is always heat

A claw-type pusher/puller makes it easy. You can rent one from O'Reillys.

Another method is to get a spare nut, thread it on the shaft, and massacre it with a hammer. Don't hit the existing spindle nut or you risk mushrooming it. This is the riskier, less dependable method.
