2001 nissan pathfinder se 3.5...service engine light on..went ot autozone checked the code p0100...what is this code and how will i repair it...can i do it myself...if yes what part do i need...and if no how much will it cost to repair at repair shop...please provide me with detail.. anyone ...help me...i m broke n this code,,,,,,i cant afford to repair...any thing expensive...i konw there are people who can help me......thats why i am here at this club...

if you look at the top of the forum you will see a sticky that lists all the OBD II codes...according to that you have a mass airflow sensor problem otherwise in the forum known as a MAF.do a thread search for MAF and you will find lots of advice on what to do.. most likely starting with a good cleaning of your MAF. You can also do a search and find service manuals to download that will also show pictures of where this sensor and other sensors are located.I've kinda found that you need to do "due diligence" in this forum to get any help so read all the stickies at the top of the forum... do some searches and then ask for help.good luck
