my 2001 nissan pathfinder vibrates at speed 45-50.. and also give a sudden jerk at the same speed when i hit the gas.. for example if i am driving at 40 -50 and i release the gas pedal and press it back it give me a sudden jerk...?

this is what i did to fix it and it helped me a little bit but still noticeable..

the engine is covered with the plastic cover ..i took that out..

right there is a round shape metal piece more like a gold chrome color with a adjustable green spring screw (philips screw) .. when u tighten the screw it actually pushes the little metal..

when i drove with the tighten screw the knock and sudden jerk + vibration was lot more..

when i loosen the screw and drove it. it was much better but still noticeable..

finally i made the screw and adjusted the idle screw it drove with much less vibration and jerks...

can some one send me a good pic of same engine type patthy(3.5) with the plastic cover taken out so i cand see how are the idle and the other screws adjusted????
