2001 Maxima - Turn Signal Relay Issue

I have a 2001 Maxima and the left turn signal flashes very fast. All bulbs are lighting up, so my theory is that the relay is going bad.

I am trying to replace the relay, but cant find it. I have looked under the hood and under the dashboard; I can hear it under the dash but it must be behind/under something else because I cant see the relay.

I dont want to tear the entire dashboard apart to replace this relay. Is it accessible and easily replaced? Are there other things I should consider replacing while I am at it?

Have you replaced a bulb on a signal lamp lately. An out of spec bulb can give you such problem. If not, then it is the Combination flasher Unit, connector M21, typically installed under the instrument panel
