2001 Maxima Security system issue please help

I just got a used 2001 Maxima SE that has an issue with a security system. One of every 5 times the car will not start. Security stay lit and the car will not start. I went to the dealer they replace immobilizer and and reprogram all the keys and the problem still coming back.

Dealer is starting to tell me that i have to replace whole bunch of parts since they can't find a problem. Let me know what you guys think what else it might be.
