2001 MAXIMA P0403 CODE

HiI have a 01 Maxima, and was getting a P0505 code IACV. faulty Iacv burnt the ecm. Changed the IACV and the ecm the car idle problem is gone, but now I am getting a P0403 code.EGR circuit malfunction. The car runs fine otherwise only if I give the gas real quick the RPM's dont go beyond 2500 and the car hesitates.My electrician is saying that the ECM is not matching the car????After spending quite a lot and broke, I need a solution, if any one has one???I will be highly thankfulRon
