2001 infiniti qx4 trailer wiring manually

Hi everyone thanks for having me on the here. I have a question hope someone can help me asap. I just bot my 2001 qx4 and it didn't come with trailer package so that's fine so i went and bot hitch and then when i went to get the plug and play 4 pin wiring harness its back ordered everywhere for at least a month .SO i tried wiring it manually i got ether running lights and blinkers or i got running lights and brake lights u cant get brake and blinkers working together is there a way around this wanted to take boat out this weekend is there a manually splice in wiring diagram? or someone that can tell me step by step wiring to the tail lights? thanks everyone.

Where did you get the wiring from? I ordered mine from Amazon and it works fine, plus it is in stock.
