2001 I30 transmission squeak

Hello,I have a 2001 I30t that has a strange problem. Under normal acceleration, I get a short chirp during the 2-3 shift. I've checked all the belts; I finally took it to the dealer about a month ago and they did confirm that it was the transmission. They said they put a friction modifier in and that the squeak would disappear within a few hundred miles. It did for the most part, but now it has come back. The squeak isn't loud and it isn't really all that noticeable and the transmission shifts fine, but is it something I should worry about? The car only has 47,000 miles.Thanks

Alright, I checked the transmission fluid this morning and it seemed like the right amount/color. Also, the transmission has always creaked a bit when going to Drive; could they be related?
