Yes
No

Just guessing, you probably need new control arms/balljoint & inner and outer tie rods & connecting rods & stabalizer bar bushings too

Start with the floor shop manual to see if you need a new front end.

How many miles on the ride?

I just had my control arms replaced due to worn out ball joints. They can be had for pretty cheap and the labor to replace them is pretty minimal. I got mine through RockAuto.com for around $50 a side if I remember correctly (maybe it was $75). At the very least you need new bushings in there, but I would wager if the bushings are that bad, your ball joints are probably pretty worn too so you may as well do the whole thing in one shot. I also had my tie rod ends, and sway bar linkages and bushings replaced at the same time.
