2001 I30 blower not working all the time

2001 i30 i have the same problem as most people went to turn on ac heard the click under the hood(AC compress) but no fan blowing air replaced the fan control amp $69. 10 min fix replaced cabin filter 10 min fix $49. turned on ac air blows ac works heat works now 3 days go by ac stops working again just like before 2 day go by now ac works fan blow cold ac works now every other day works then not workingif the ac turns on the relay are working (yes/no)

maybe the blower motor has dead spot on brushes so when i hit a bump in the road it comes off dead spot then works then when car is off goes back to dead spot (yesy/No)

here is what i did turned the key to on turned on the AC fan didn't come on took the glove box out and with my hand hit the blower it came on everythink works 100 % got new blower for 64. shipped (dealer 259.) nutzs replaced blower 10 min fix everything working will give it a week and reply back if that was the fix use your hand first hit the blower thanks for the help

the new question what did i miss the relays under the hood are there any other temp sensor need help thanks

well it just about a week blower for ac worked every time looks like all is fixed looks like i mite have an extra blower control amp if any one needs 1 let me know thanks again for the help
