2011 Headunit, Radio knob busted

FIL has a 2011 Rogue. I"m trying to help him out. The 2 knobs on his headunit/Navigation system are busted. They cracked. he said Dealers told him he needed to buy a new radio. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and how did they solve it! New to this forum but long time Auto forum user. TIA

Radio shack only carried 1/4" flush knobs, I need one with a protrusion. I went to a JY in Buffalo but no luck. I'll check another one in Boston. I can't believe he might have to drop $500 on a new headunit because he cant find a radio knob.

Thanks for the links. I was not able to figure out anything out. I am officially giving up. I talked to 2 Nissan dealers(parts dept) today one on the phone and one in person . They ran the VIN's. They gave me a # for Bosch and Blaupunkt. I talked to 4 different people at Bosch and Blaupunkt. No one could help me. Nissan wants $1,500 for a new headunit. I looked on ebay. half the headunits for sale have the broken knobs. Add me to the list of people that will never buy a Bosch or Nissan product again. pretty pathetic when I can't by a defective knob for a 4 year old car. Thanks for the help! Notice the broken left knob on this POS.

Got a call from Dealer. He communicated with Bosch and they said they can get me knobs N/C. He was not sure how long it will take. He's hoping a few weeks. I'll keep you posted.
