2001 G20 Starting Issues

I've searched this, but have not came up with anything.....

2001 G20 A/T. Starter replaced < 6 months ago.
All dash lights, radio, A/C etc comes on when turn ignition
Battery tested Good, terminals tight, lights, elec windows, etc work while trying to start.
Checked all fuses inside the car, and under the hood.
Tested Power to 40A fusible link- Fusible link also tested OK
There is power to 10A fuse (no 16) when Key is on
Tried starting in park and in neutral.

I turn ignition but only hear relay inside car clicking. Solenoid does not click. Not sure if this starter crapped out, or I have a neutral switch or bad relay somewhere (and not sure where they would be located)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Do you have voltage at the starter when someone else turns the key while you're checking it with a meter?

The FSM for your car should help you figure out the wire colors and such...
