2001 G20 front end thunp

Have a 2001 G20 with 88,000 miles. Have a thumping noise in the passenger side right front when I hit any kind of bump. Have had car in for service, but they have not found the problem. HELP.

If it's anything like the Q45 suspension, the bump stops (what a coincidence!) mounted on the top of the struts are probably compressed and not doing their job. At 88k miles its also time for struts and dust boots.

Cant be that difficult to figure out for a seasoned pro-look for a front end specialist in your town in the yellow pages-strut/cv joint/stabilizer bushing or mount,loose suspension bolt-not too many other things to go thump in the night on the g20.

I am having the exact same thump--did you find the answer to this problem?

They replaced both front sway bar links. The mechanic said the struts were fine. Car runs great now and the thump is gone.
