I got a new stereo for christmas and the harness wires dont match the colors on the truck. all i need is a wiring diagram i could figure the rest out if i just had a diagram.

Wal-mart is your friend. Go to the auto stereo section and buy the $10 harness. All that is needed then is to match up the colors on your stereo harness to the plug in harness. That way you won't have to cut up your stock wiring.

And don't forget, most Nissans don't have a ground wire in the factory harness so instead of chasing your tail wondering why your stereo cuts off when it's turned up loud, run the ground from the stereo to one of the bolts on the dash for a good solid ground. Don't use the ground wire that comes in the harness from Wally World.
