2001 Factory Bose Subwoofer?

I have been looking on ebay and I ran across a Bose subwoofer for a 2001 body style Pathfinder. I know in the back cargo area across from where the amp is on the other side their is a compartment thats empty. If this is the area for a subwoofer is their any way I could add the factory one in. I know that the amp has preouts and a on signial for a subwoofer but is the plug allready ran to where the subwoofer is suppose to be. I would like to be able to add one on and remove the 6 disc cd changer and swap it for a Ipod adapter or swap the whole head unit out for one out of an 02 or 03. Also if anyone has any pictures of what the factory subwoofer looks like I would really appriciate someone posting them. It must have been a rare option because I cant even find a picture of one installed on the internet.

I didn't even know a 01 LE pathfinder even came with a subwoofer, I had a 01 LE Pathfinder as well a while ago and i never had one.

Yeah, It must have been a accessory or something but the rear amp dose have subwoofer outputs.

I work for Nissan and I dont recall nissan having an bose subwoofer for that body style, I looked at the picture and it looks like its from a murano

Same here buddy, We have had 3 Pathfinders in the past 3 months and they have the Bose in them and none of them have a Sub. I belive your right, It looks like one to a Murano
