2001 Climate Control No Cold Air

Yesterday I decided it was warm outside and turned the ac down to 65. The compressor is on but only warm like air blows out. Its more like having the vent on. It was about 60 or 65 outside so I just want to know if its normal. I did check the lines outside and the high side going to the evaporator was sort of cold but not really. After you drive it a little you can kind of feel cold air. I just want to know if anybody elses is like this.

Sounds like you just need to recharge your a/c.

I have checked the low side and it is 20-25lb so that isnt the problem. The lines were kind of cold and it was about 48f outside so I am just thinking its simply not that cold outside....idk though all I know is it has held the same pressure throughout the past 9 months because I checked it when I bought it and it was the exact same.
