2001 Altima SE transaxle seal leak

I have bought a used 2001 Altima SE with manual transmission at 67000 miles. It developed transaxle seal leak (driver side) and dealer has replaced the seal three times. But it still leaks. Dealer has no clue why it is leaking.. what could be the reasons and how to repair.. please help.
