2000 V6 Frontier VG33 Sluggish

I have a 2000 Nissan Frontier that I am finding extra sluggish even when empty, it is a Crew cab V6 in very good shape motor wise. I am wondering if you have any suggestions for me, plugs, filters, PCV, Cap Rotor, compression test?. There are no leaks fluid wise.
