2000 Qx4 wont start! HELP

Hello, this is my first post, and have problems.

Went to work this morning truck was driving fine. Got out at 5pm and all she does is turn over but wont start.So I went and replaced the fuel filter as a cheap way to start, with the same results.I also loosened a clamp by the fuel rail that is closest to the firewall, to see if there was fuel. And there was, also cranked it over and it would shootout fuel. So I assume there is pressure. I also tried it later and it started up but then died out!

I would greatly appreciate any help!
