2000 QX4 - Power Window Issues

2000 QX4 Power Windows - Can lower windows from any of the passenger controls, can only raise them from the driver side controls. I can only assume one of two things - either this is some kind of safety control that I can't find listed in the vehicle manual or the control whatchamathingy is hosed. Suggestions? (Searched Recent/Archival Posts) Also could you send me the FSM?

There's no online FSM available for the 2000 QX4 but the 2001 FSM should be very similar.

Check the power window self-diagnosis starting on page EL-250. It looks like the main window switch may need replacement.
