Hey Guys,

I know I brought up this issue last time and I did fix it and now it's doing it again, my Q45t 2000 model keeps throwing ob2 code p0300 which is random misfire code and I have already replaced all new spark plugs and even the ignition coil with all OEM parts and then in the process of doing that I found that my injector no.1 was leaking which causing the code and blowing white dark gray gas smoke out of my tail pipe. So once I replaced the injector that's leaking it goes away everything runs good and smooth, but it keeps doing it again but this time injector no.3 is leaking causing the car to jerk n feels like its choking and p0300 code pops up again. Can someone please inform me on what I need to do to get this fixed? I already replaced both left and right knock sensor with new OEM parts. I'm really getting tired and frustrated with this car and I just want to freakin sell it and move on unless someone can help me figure this out.

Thank you

How many miles you have on it. I usually replace all the injectors on a car once you get a leaking one...wondering how many miles you have??

Over rich fuel causes a black smoke, not white or even gray.

Once an injector is replaced, it should be fine unless one of the viton rings is pinched.

Where are you located? You may need professional help.

I'm located in rancho cucamonga... I already replaced injector number 2 and it solved the issue.. Guess I'll just replace the remaining five just to be safe

Sounds like a plan, but I cannot recall anyone here ever replacing VH41DE injectors before.

If you need a once over, go to Jerry Tucker's in San Diego. I think it is called All Import now.

Problem may also have to do with the injector installation.

I have a mechenic who have been working all my cars including my 97Q for the last 7yrs. They are in Ontario,CA.

Prices are very reasonable and work is great. I have 227K on my Q and still running strong.

Infiniti dealership charge high for the new techs who haven't even had chance to work on these cars.

I probably know more than the dealership in my experience. :chuckle:

Contact Gus @ General Auto and have them take a look.
