2000 Q45 only half the drivers seat works?? HELP!!!
The driver side power seat isn't working right!the forward and rear is only working on the right side...the left side won't move?Any suggestions? I would like to disassemble the seat...but i am not sure where to start. HELP!!

Ya I tried that...its good. Does anyone know if there are two motors that move the seat on both sides of the track?? its just strange that only one side wants to move? thanks thoughbullittandy wrote:check the fuse.

i have the same problem with my 97 Q also. but it's my passenger's side that won't move on the left side of the rail. it only moves the right side.

Something jammed in rail [cabin trash] or broken cable jammed gears, follow FSM for seat removal [4 bolts]..................hint remove rear seat for more working room.

I figured it out....there is a cable that runs from one side to the other. the motor turns the cable and the cable is connect to each side of the track. the cable was pulled lose so it was turning but not turning the mechanism that makes the chair move. so all i had to do is hook it back up and tighten it. try to find that cable..that is probably why is wont move on one side...good luck
