What is the difference in the factory manuals listed as 2000 and 2000.5 ??

That's a good question. Nissan will occasionally do enough of a mid-year revision that they'll make a .5 model year. What month was your car built? If it's 9/99 or 01/00, I'd guess it's a 2000. If it's a 06/00, it could be the 2000.5. Total guess on that though.
