I am looking for a procedure for removal of the stock stereo head unit for my second gen Q. I want to wire an input for XM. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Tim

This may help you and at least you don't have to pay the $4.99 charge ;)

I know this is not an answer to your question but you may want to consider using a tape player input. I have used aux inputs now three times (on different cars) and each time I have been disappointed with the sound but my Sirius in my 99 Q45 that runs through the tape deck and sounds as good as the C/D player-no joke.

Good luck!
