2000 Pathfinder: Installing new rotors

I need to know how to get the front rotors off of a 2000 Pathfinder. I've reached the point where I have the caliper off, but don't know how to remove the old rotors.

I see where you would unbolt the caliper bracket, but I couldn't get it off, and wouldnt know what to do next anyways.

Just have to put some good old fashioned elbow grease to get the brackets off. I'm going to assume this Pathy is 4WD?

Nope, its a 2wd SE. But once the bracket is off, how do I pull the rotor off with the plate thing bolted onto the front of it? I wouldnt know how to get it to slide off.
