Both Pathfinders (00 w/65m & 95 /w135m) have on again/off again headlights. Sometimes only one headlamp, lo or hi beam.

Sounds like an electrical issue. I'd check the wiring to the headlamps from the relay.

I have checked the voltage at the headlamps, it is ok. Then I removed and checked the switches. Both had burned contacts. Local dealer wants $92 each for them, I look elsewhere.
