2000 nissan xterra se funny noise

Hi, sorry this is my first time posting so if i leave anything out please let me know. The problem i'm worrying about is for the past couple weeks when i first start my xterra and start driving (engine still fairly cool) when i step on the gas and get between 1500-2500 rpms it makes this like scratchy noise, almost like something isnt getting through a pipe? i've had the vehicle a couple years and never had that problem before. If you have any ideas or recomendations i really apreciate it:)

The 3.3s tend to make some noises in the distributor when cold. Can you be more descriptive of this?
