2000 maxima wont start

I have a 2000 maxima ge, haven't had any problems starting, now its trying to turn over but wont start, dealership says its the alarm, how do i disable the to get it to start

does the car make a "click" when you turn the key?

If so then your battery is dead.

If it doesn't click at all then your starter is disabled via your alarm.

do you have an aftermarket alarm installed? If so then take it to that shop and have them fix it(should be free)

If it's the dealer alarm then you're going to either have to bypass the alarm(don't know how) or pay an arm and a leg for the dealer to fix it
