2000 maxima SE PLEASE HELP< BAD ENGINE

Here is the situation.I was driving down the highway 5 months ago when my temperature gauge shot up and the car died doing 60mph. I pulled over and popped the hood and saw the engine wa ssteaming.. well the radiator AND engine block were steaming. The friend behind me said the car spit out a lot of black smoke as well when it died. I am assuming my head gasket is gone because I removed the oil cap and saw the milky residue of antifreeze. I let the car cool, refilled the radiator and tried to start but all it did was make a humming noise and not even a slight turn of the engine happened. Did the engine overheat and completely seize? Well, 2 days after this I deployed to Iraq and just returned a week ago. Now I need to fix this car because it is 20 degrees here in GERMANY. Thats right. I need to get a new engine here in GERMANY. I figure my engine code is either VQ30DE or VQ30DE-K. I have a 200 maxima SE with the plastic intake manifold.Here is my question. Can I get an engine from a maxima VQ (european maxima) and swap it? Will my ECU recognize this? Also, will the transmission mate up the same? I basically need to know what all engine codes will be a direct replacement for my car. I dont care if its a 2.0, 2.5, or 3.0 or 3.5. I just need to know if euro spec engines are direct replacements or maybe someone knows how I can go about getting an engine shipped to a German address. ANY help at al would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You have the VQ30DE-K. The easiest replacement will be with either another VQ30DE-K or you can use a VQ30DE and swap your intake manifold onto the new engine. Once you get into swapping a VQ35DE you have to start changing quite a few things.
