2000 maxima low power, and stall at idle. seems like clogged exhaust or starving

Problem worse after warmed up. Wont pass 3500 - 4000 rpm, falls flat as throttle opened past about 50%. Back off throttle and picks up. Fuel pressure at about 45 psi while problem is happening . tested back pressure, not over 2psi revved up. ?????

Acts just like clogged exhaust or fuel starvation but tests don't confirm.

Any ideas???
