2000 maxima goes on strike within 48 hours...crazy electrical problem

i'm driving it on saturday no problems park it, turn it off and the exhaust smells crazy when I get out of it (can't describe it but def not the right mixture). Drive it home and the cel goes on p0132 (O2 one, bank one, rich). Test the O2 sensor and the heater circuit is in spec, O2 is reading between 0-1volts. So I cleared the codes. Today it was running good all day. Tonite was leaving my friends house and got about 20 feet down the road and it sputtered and died. It started right back up but when I got home the door lock wouldn't work and the power windows still operated without the key in the ignition....WTF?
