2000 Maxima from splash guard help!!!

Im pretty sure i am not the only on that has gone through the splash gyard problem with them hanging down.....but can anybody tell me what i can do to put it back in place besides goin to nissan an buyin another one which is $110. I jus wanna take it out, but i had my thoughts about that about would it be safe or not but will appreciate to get some feedback thanks......

They should be held in be 10mm bolts, but you can always use zip ties.
