All my windows roll up an down except mine on the controller. Is it possible to solder the burn part to able it to connect an work again.

It's possible, depending on how extensive the heat issue that caused the damage was. The heat damage might mean you have overheated ICs in addition to the PCB damage.

You might need to rebuild the flat contact pathway with solder. Make sure to clean up all the old solder and flux for the best connection. You can pick up desoldering braid at radio shack or similar shops that'll wick the old solder away. Then clean the surfaces well and re-solder.
