2000 maxima bose radio wont turn on

I purchase a 2000 maxima with 160k miles on it, the car is wonderful except one thing the radio dont work or the cigarette lighter, is there a fuse or something I can check to see if it blew...

Yes... The manual shows the location of the fuse boxes. There are diagrams on the inside cover that tells you which are the ones you need to check.
