2000 Infiniti I30 armrest/dash kit

I have 2000 Infiniti I30 (base) and just saw some cool wood grain dash kits.

any experience with those? I live in Texas.. Will they come off with heat/exposed sunlight?

Also, my armrest has an ugly crack/rip, any suggestion with that?

I just hit 146k and decided to "upgrade" it (not srs)

also, would m45 wheels/tires (245/35 18) fit on my I30 (original 215/55 16)?

I have no experience with the wood grain dash kits.

You should be able to find a replacement armrest on ebay.

The wheels depend on the offset but you'll probably be ok. I put 18" x 8" wheels off a M35x with 245/45/18 tires on my 02 Max.
