2000 infiniti g20 control arm

Im changing my control arms but they have these silver brackets on the control arm and there stuck in place I cant get them out nomatter what and my new lower control arms dont have these brackets or mounts on them so I assume there changeable do anyone know the name of these brackets or part number so I can just buy new ones there the brackets or mounts that go inside the bushing hole for the lower control arm thank you
