Could be due to sticky piston or parking brake cable. If you can TURN IN (or OUT) the rear brake piston, then it should be good . Do not use a C-clamp for the rear brake piston to push it in. You need an adapter (Brake Piston Adapter @ $12 from Autzone). It looks like a metal cube with different studs for various applications.

The parking brake cable on the affected wheel may be 'sticky.' The front parking brake cable is connected to two rear parking brake cables - left and right. If one of them is jammed or sticky in the 'engaged' position, then the pads on that side will be worn out faster than the other.

You might need to turn or replace your rotors. Relatively cheap toturn them at Oreilleys for about $5 each (unless worn out/too thin)

Are you getting vibrations when you put on the brakes (check highand low speeds)?
