2000 I30t intermittient starting issues

My 2000 I30t somtimes fires right up, Sometimes cranks a couple times then starts, sometimes cranks weakly, and once in a while the lights come on but starter does not turn. When the starter won't turn, I can put a wire from the battery to the positive on the starter selenoid and it will turn.

New battery.Starter has been rebuilt and new selenoid installed, this fixed the problem for a couple months but now it's back. May have been coincidence with it going away as it's intermittent.

Anyone ever experience this? I'm at my wits end.

Have you checked the starter relay?
