I get a subtile knock when going very slow over broken pavement. It's also sort of jiggly. It's audible but I cant really feel it from the drivers seat. It does not knock when going over bigger bumps and dips at speeds above 5 or 10 mph. It just sort of rattles a little when going over small imperfections at very low speeds. As slow as the car just being in gear. I have BC coilovers on with about 10k. I have not noticed the sound until recently. Seems to be coming from the rear right side somewhere near the spare tire. I'm thinking is a bushing issue but I'm not to familar with what that would sound or feel like.
Any ideas on this issue?

I think I have the same thing. You go over bumps at slow speeds and something just sounds like its floatin around knocking against something. I think i saw someone complain about it here and no one had any answers.

First make sure that nothing is loose in the trunk area - spare tire and tool kit. Check the hanger for the muffler. If problem persisted, most likely it's the sway bar links and or bushings.

Yeah I checked the trunk area. Snugged up the spare and the jack. Checked the muffler hangers too. I had my roommate sit in the trunk while I drove around he said it sounded like it was coming from under the spare somewhere. It more noticeable with the back seats folded down. I did a simple test last night and found that it makes noise when dropping off the curb in my driveway backwards but not when going up it. Seems to be more rebound than compression.
What bushings on the multi link rear end would make noise in that situation?

Look for stabilizer bar link and bushing. Below is a link to non-OEM bushing for a 5th Gen Maxima which should apply to 2000 I30.
