I search and searched for this problem via this website and the web but I cannot find anything out!

Here is what happens:

I recently hit 90,000 miles and just about 1 to 2 months ago I left my car out overnight. I go to get in starts up fine backs up fine, idle's fine. When I press the gas pedal it does not seem to want to respond. I can have the gas pedal down to the floor and it will slowly climb up to speed. Now once I get up to speed or get the car warm it runs and responds great! What could be causing this problem?

**Update**I had a 90,000 mile service done and it still is acting up. I figure it is my transmission. I get enough speed (freeway) and it starts reving high 4+ RPM's. And it seems like it is stuck in 2nd starting out. Once it warms up it seems fine.

Any word would help.

thanks,g20tman

Update!!! So here is the deal, when my G20t is cold it has a tendency to "miss" 1st gear and start in 2nd. If I put it back in park, turn the car off. Then turn it back on, The O/D light is on 1 long and 17 short blinks! What does this mean????????????????

Download your G20 FSM and read the transmission section or use OBD2 scanner to get the real codes.
