2000 G20 brakes lock up HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Hey guys I'm new owner of a really nice G20 touring, I've had it for a couple of months and last weekend after driving it for about 20 min I noticed it was slowing down and I noticed a burnt smell, when I stepped on the brake pedal I barely touched it and the brakes locked up so I stopped and my brakes were smoking bad!! I had to wait for an hour on the side of the freeway for them to go back to normal; anybody with this problem?

I read on another post that replacing the booster check valve solved the problem but this car does not have one.

Are the brakes all smoking equally? Or is it a specific one?

Mostly the front ones but the rear breakes are not in the best condition though

I am having the same exact issue. If anyone can please help us.... I have replaced the calipers and the hoses. Still doing it. Mine is a 2002 G20
