Has anyone tried to change cams from a 2000 maxima (A33B) into a 95-99 maxima (A32B)

i know it is a different profile and has a different degree of timing so it makes better power to redline. before i get JWT cams i can grab some of these from a junk car.. would the swap be possible?

iirc people swap the vq35 cams into the vq30de, not the vq30dek (same cams?), with adapters.

idk. you'll have to do some searching. i think they extend the lift and duration on the intake and exhaust side.

i like longer duration and higher lift but my favorite is degree of timing.i like the lope at idle and the sweet power at high rpms when ur racing on a track course or on the highway

i will look into those for sure though
