2000 Cali-Spec Maxima - Where is the sensor located referring to P0160?

I'll be installing my Megan Racing cat-back real soon... and while I'm down there I'd like to find the source of my P0160 O2 sensor SES light.

My cat-back doesn't have any bungs for O2 sensors... is the sensor in question on the exhaust pipe right before the cat?
