Here's the second one:

Loud thumping from front over minor bumps moving 25-30 mph. Don't think it's the strutssince there is still dampening over bumps and when the vehicle is bounced. Seems to bepredominant on the driver's side. Much less noticable at higher speeds over similar bumps.

Also, creaking noise from rear suspension, driver's side. Occurs over large bumps, moving fairly slowly. Possibly a bushing?

the noise in the rear. sway bar bushings are squeezing out of their brackets.

The fron noise not sure I was thinking struts. but could also be your front sway bars links loose??

Ya, that's sorta of what I was thinking too.

The rear, I'm almost 100% positive it's the bushings.

The fronts, I noticed that the loud thumping is very solid sounding (like I'm bottoming out, or something), and occurs over "holes" in the road, not bumps out of the road (concave road features as opposed to convex). It might be bushings, but it just sounds so abrupt, and not at all like the sound coming from the rear. EDIT: If I go ahead and get front and rear suspension bushings replaced, are there any after market bushings that might be better than OEM? If not, is there anything I can treat the OEM bushings with to make them last longer?

silicone lubricant. Your extended description leads me to believe your struts are the sourse of your noise up front. they are making the noise when they are fully extending and hitting their stop.
