2000 3.3l exterra engine

last year i blowed a heater by-pass hose and drained the block. i flushed the radiator and changed the oil now i have oil in my water and water in my oil. i parked the truck and have not driven it in a few months. is there any hope for her or am i gonna have to get a new engine all together. i am no mechanic. thanks
