I am looking to replace my stock spoiler, I'm good as far as installing the new one, but does anyone have any idea as to how to remove the one that is on there now? asides from the real and plastic bolts, I think there is some type of adhesive tape??? Any ideas???

Fairly certain there is some adhesive that is on there. As to whether it's just a double sided foam tape or not, I can't say.

any idea as to how to get it off? i dont wanna tear off the paint along with the spoiler.

Go to page BT-45 for the Spoiler Removal and BT-11 for info about the clip removal. If the clips still won't budge, you may have to use a center punch or drill to drive them out. As for the double-faced tape, a heat gun or hair dryer plus a nylon string should do the job. Just make sure you don't apply too much heat on the paint as it may peel off.
