200 plus hp s-13

I am about to buy an s-13 that my friend had, he swapped a 95 engine into it, im not sure what year but neways. its dynoed at over 200 hp, tho im not sure exactly what. he had the head ported, and blah blah blah, did all kinds of stuff to it. im buying it form an idiot that he sold it to and he only wants 1300 for it. the interior is trashed,(needs seats, and new carpet) and its in primer. but mechanically its perfect. What you guys think?????

Sounds like a plan if it's real. If the engine is built enough to do 200, get the print out and find out what kind of dyno he had it done on. Otherwise 1300 can get big pretty quick as some of the interior pieces can add up real fast when you go to replace them.

pretty hard to believe it has over 200 to the wheels if its not turbo. that would take alot of work.

Yeah, i agree as far as the non-turbo comment. He had the head ported, and polished, eliminated all of the emissions ****, straight 2.5 inch pipe all the way out, intake, and a fewe other things. ill ask the guy who made it for the dyno sheet.

that setup would probably net 150-160 max to the wheels and thats being muy generoso.

i'm not sure, ill get the dyno and find out exactly what else he did to it and let ya know.

200whp is simple if he ran N2O too.

won't make that kind of power without some serious engine mods. maybe high compression pistons and cams, but then there'd definitely be some tuning involved.
